I hope this year would motivate us more to stay disciplined yet contented on where we are right now. This all started when I began tracking my expenses in 2019 and it was a routine and knowledge that significantly changed my outlook on what's essential for me. Personally, I will start 2021 with a peace of mind knowing that I had been responsible on my finances throughout 2020 and I could intuitively make smart decisions moving forward at a young age. Some would like a spreadsheet where they can track their monthly savings rate and some would go for a tracker that could help them clear up debt. Focus would revolve around which part of account is highlighted (savings/expense/debt).Some would prefer a complex and more detailed entries while some would prefer a minimalist and more accessible approach such as salaries-expenses format or a phone app widget.
